The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the medieval town, making it easy to explore its charm and attractions. the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a warm atmosphere during winter stays. the staff is friendly and helpful in assisting guests. Parking is available either in front along the road or in a very small public area. There are also many good restaurants in the area to enjoy meals.

The breakfasts at the hotel were not up to par, with some items past their sell-by date and limited options available.

The hotel is situated on the edge of a most delightful medieval town, and all shops, restaurants and the castle are within easy walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful, even though little English is spoken, apart from one of the receptionists, we managed to communicate!!

The Ypsigro Palace Hotel is excellent value for money. The location is perfect, right at the gateway to the historic town, and parking is available nearby. The young woman on reception was very friendly and helpful, and she spoke good English. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not in the luxury class, and the breakfast (included) was fine. Castelbuono itself is a beautiful historic town with some superb restaurants.

The suite we stayed in was amazing, with a beautiful decor and a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was superior and sparkling clean, making our stay very comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and some very good restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was pretty good considering it was a basic "regional" breakfast.

One aspect that could improve is the noise from the nearby road, although the traffic was fun to watch in the morning. the cappuccino was not as firm as in northern Italy, but still acceptable.

This hotel is located at the entrance to the historical centre of Castelbuono. It's very clean and modern hotel with a friendly staff. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. From our room (nr. 306) we had a nice view over a park. The room has quite a spacius balcony. Lots of biological products (yoghurts, cheeses, fruits, etc.) were offered during the breakfast. The hotel is about 25 min. drive from Cefalu.

At breakfast the restaurant ran out of bread by 09:30 a.m. - there were only cockies and sweet rolls available thereafter.

Well, if castellbuno is not one of the spots on your plan than this hotel is bit far from Cefalu (abt 10km) with though road through valleys.

During our Easter holidays, we had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view. The breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and main attractions. We also found the staff friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

The noise at night. The room was located near a busy street and we could hear the traffic and people talking outside.

This is the perfect place to stay in Castelbuono. We had a room on the left side of the building looking towards the mountains, and the villages lit in the night. The room was very quiet and large as well as the bathroom. The cable TV had channels in English, French and German. You can easily walk to the old center, and park your car in front of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the dining room. It is an exceptionnaly good choice of cold cuts, bio yogourt, cheeses and fruit pastries. You are offered fresh cappucino or expresso from the bar. Staff is very professional. This hotel is very good value, and perfect to discover the surroundings.

The staff was extremely accomodating and the room was emaculate. As well, the town of Castelbuono is beautiful and slow paced. Nice atmosphere to relax.

The only negative that I have is that the bed was too hard. Other than that, it is amazing. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely return.

A pleasant and spacious small hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. A good base for exploring the beautiful Madonie mountains and the old coastal town of Cefalu.

The hotel is located in a very attractive mountain town outside Cefalu in northern Sicily. Parking is easy although the hotel does not have its own private car park. The staff are obliging and helpful

Staff and accommodations were excellent. Staff was very helpful. We appreciated the english language skills of a number of staff members.

Location was the best, just a few steps from the castle and restaurants. Breakfast as expected. Staff helped us well, with e.g. how to getting the best public parking.

There is a central air-con system, which does not work as efficiently as 'regular' manual air-con.
